Anaplyze
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Who we are
Anaplyze ("we", "us") is developing a tennis performance application. This website exists to explain the product and to register people who want early access. We decide how the information described below is used, and we are responsible for it.
For anything about this policy or your data, write to rachel@anaplyze.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Whether you are a player, coach, club or investor
- Your level, country, and club or academy where relevant
- Anything you choose to write in the free-text field
- Your consent choices, and the date and time you made them
We do not collect video, images or performance data through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you about early access to Anaplyze and to invite you to the beta.
- To understand who is interested, so we build the right product.
- To send you updates about Anaplyze — only if you asked us to.
We rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on our legitimate interest in building and launching the product for everything else. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who else sees it
Your details are held in the tools we use to run the early-access list, and they may be stored on servers outside your country. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to 24 months from the day you sign up, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If you become a user of Anaplyze, a separate policy will apply from that point.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send it to you in a portable form, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Write to rachel@anaplyze.com and we will act on it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect the details of anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If the person being registered is under 18, the form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the details submitted and consents to our use of them as described in this policy.
If you believe a child's details have been submitted without the consent of a parent or guardian, contact rachel@anaplyze.com and we will delete them promptly.
8. Cookies
This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, including one that remembers your cookie choice. If we add analytics cookies, we will ask your permission first, and you can refuse without losing access to anything on the site.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to the early-access list is limited to the people who need it.
10. Changes
Anaplyze is under development, and this policy will grow with it. When it changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
